The spokesperson for the Rivers State NDLEA, Emmanuel Ogbumgbada has explained further on why the Prophetess of Christ Power Adoration Ministries in Port Harcourt, Faith Ugochi was declared wanted by the anti narcotic agency.

Speaking with our correspondent, the state NDLEA image maker said, the fleeing prophetess was declared wanted after she refused to honour several invitations sent to her by NDLEA.

According to Ogbumgbada, “it is an ongoing investigation and we are still on her trail.

It is a case that began November 16, 2022 when our NDLEA operatives intercepted a Loud consignment of 32.70kg at the Lagos international airport .

“Loud is a variant of cannabis which was imported into the country and since then, investigation has been on.

“The investigation linked the prophetess in question, Faith Ugochi of Christ Power Adoration Ministries.

“Findings showed that the prophetess has been engaging teenage girls who she sends to Lagos for such illicit drug trade.

“Invitations were sent to her and she refused to report herself to our office, rather she went into hiding.

“We are still on her trail and as soon as we get hold of her, investigation will continue.”

The prophetess is also accused by the agency of serving as the arrowhead of an international syndicate operating from Los Angeles, United States of America.
