Judge’s absence stalls Farah Dagogo’s bail hearing

The case between the Rivers State government and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Governorship aspirant, Farah Dagogo has been stalled in the state High court sitting in Port Harcourt due to the absence of the trial Judge.

Defendant Farah Dagogo who was brought to court as early as 8 am was later taken back to the correctional centre.

Our correspondent reports that today’s proceeding was supposed to be for ruling on the motion of bail application.

According to our correspondent that the Defendant’s Counsel had told journalists that the court clerk had informed Counsels in the matter that the case has been adjourned to Wednesday, 25 May 2022.
