Three persons lost their lives on Friday, following an accident that occurred along Akpajo-Elelenwo road in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State.
It was gathered that a female driver, whose identity could not be ascertained, rammed her car into another vehicle before crashing into a building leading to the death of three persons.
Several others, who are reported to have sustained various degrees of injury were taken to a nearby hospital.
A resident who narrated the event said the crash was a result of overspeeding.
According to the source, the female driver was driving at high speed before ramming into another vehicle.
