The 2015 governorship candidate of the Labour Party in Rivers State, Prince Tonye Princewill has disclosed that he is set to commence consultations for the 2023 governorship election in the state.
Princewill, in a chat with newsmen on Friday, said he is confident of emerging winner of the governorship election in 2023.
Also speaking on the best candidate for the upcoimng presidential election, Princewill mainatined that the Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi is perfect man to handle the reins of the country’s presidency in 2023.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) faithful also called for unity amongst other party faithfuls to ensure that APC emerged winner in next year’s elections.
Princewill, who also spoke on the monorail started by the Chibuike Amaechi-led administration said though he did not support the idea of monorail in the state, he stated that it would be unwise for Governor Wike not to complete it.
