Give us N5m within 2-days or face our wrath – ONELGA bad boys threaten youth leader

Brave Dickson

Some alleged bad boys from Egiland in Ogba/Egbema Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State have given a 2-day ultimatum to the President of Ogbogu Youths Movement, Okenigwe Victor to give them N5millon or face their wrath.

The boys who said they are the Egi’s People Avengers have been sending serial threat SMS to the youth leader, warning not to underestimate their attacks on him if he fails to give them the said sum.

Some of the threat SMS sent to Victor by the group and made available to our correspondent read as follows: “that this is EGI’S PEOPLE AVANGERS, writing to all the entire Ogbogu Elite that they should raise the sum of 5,000,000 (five million naira) for our festival celebration.

“Failure to comply to this demand, the whole of Ogbogu will feel the beast in us and make sure you reply our message and call us.

“We need your reply because we are sure you have seen our message and it should not exceed 2 days but if you decide to be stupid, the day we will come for you, laugh no go fit laugh and cry no go fit cry.”

Speaking with our correspondent, the youth leader described the group as bad boys who have been terrorizing Egiland.

Victor said the boys are only in Egiland to kidnap, extort and burgle people’s property, insisting that he would not succumb to their threats.
