Passengers who flew Turkish Airlines Instabul to Port Harcourt early in December say they are yet to receive their luggage.
The passengers took to social media to lament the insensitive actions of the airline which began operations in Port Harcourt a few months ago.

This is 5 days since i flew with Turkish Airline back to Port-harcourt from Manchester, no baggage, no updates on when i will get my bags. Never been in this kind of mess since i have been flying. This is the worst customer service i have had with any airline
