The Presidential election Tribunal, PEPT, is to deliver judgment tomorrow, September 11, in the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, its candidate in the 2019 presidential election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar against President Buhari Muhammadu Buhari, the All Progressives Congress, APC and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
Atiku and the PDP are by the petition challenging the re-election of Buhari on February 23.
All parties in the suit have made their final submissions on august 21st, 2019.
The tribunal had earlier said that the date for the judgment will be communicated on a later date.
