The minister list sent to the Senate by President Muhammadu Buhari has been said to contain names of former governors.
There are 43 nominees in the list by the President.
On the list announced by Senate President Ahmed Lawan is former ministers Rotimi Amaechi, Ogbonnaya Onu, TheNation reports.
Also on the list is former Osun Governor, Rauf Aregbesola, former Benue State George Akume and Bayelsa State Governor Timipre Sylva. Senator Godswill Akpabio, Babatunde Fashola, Adeleke Mamora and Festus Keyamo also made the list.
