INEC begins distribution of sensitive materials in Rivers State

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has started the distribution of sensitive electoral materials in Rivers State.

This is as members of the All Progressives Congress loyal to the minister of transportation, Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi, kicked against the commission’s decision to carry on with the election without including them on the ballot.

Obo Effanga, the resident electoral commissioner of the commission in Rivers State said that the elections with start at the agreed time tomorrow.

He urged the electorates to come out en mass to vote their preferred candidates.
