The National Orientation Agency (NOA), is participating in the Study Mission on Promoting Evaluation of Investment and Impact Assessment for Economic Growth, holding in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
According to a statement made available to our correspondent at Asaba, the Special Assistant on Intergovernmental Affairs to the Director General of NOA, Sherifat Adegbesan, delivered a well-received presentation titled:”Trust, Values, and Growth: The Economic Impact of Social Contract Fulfilment in Nigeria” on the first day of the mission,
The statement says her presentation explored the role of civic trust, value-based governance, and institutional accountability in driving inclusive economic development, drawing on Nigeria’s evolving model under the Nigerian Identity Project and the National Values Charter.
She highlighted Nigeria’s efforts to rebuild public trust through structured civic reorientation, youth engagement, and leadership ethics, presenting it as a replicable framework for emerging economies”

The Study Mission is facilitated by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Nigeria and brings together key stakeholders from multiple Nigerian MDAs to explore Korea’s internationally recognised best practices in impact assessment, policy evaluation, and value-driven economic planning.
NOA’s participation underscores the Agency’s leadership role in aligning governance reforms with national values and civic identity for long-term economic transformation.
