The Abuja High Court has set a hearing date of November 26, 2025, for the case filed by entertainer Levi Ogbogiri, known as Kraziecent, against rapper Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck. The suit alleges assault, battery, and property damage stemming from an incident at a public event on December 16, 2024.

According to the filed suit, Kraziecent claims the rapper assaulted him without provocation. The plaintiff alleges that the altercation occurred while he was “peacefully taking videos and pictures of himself” at the event. The incident reportedly resulted in physical injuries, emotional trauma, and the destruction of an iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Kraziecent is seeking compensation for the damaged property, public humiliation, and reputational harm.

He has also requested a court order compelling Odumodublvck to issue a public apology on social media and in two national newspapers, and is seeking a restraining order against the artist.

During the recent court session, the plaintiff’s counsel, Uchenna Ojembe, informed the court that the defense had not yet filed a response to the suit despite being served. Ojembe stated, “the hearing may not commence because Sheriff Bello, the defendant’s counsel, has not responded.”

In agreement, the defendant’s lawyer, Sheriff Bello, requested an adjournment to allow adequate time for case preparation. Presiding Judge Adeyemi Ajayi granted the request, officially scheduling the matter for a hearing on November 26.
