Xtelify and Airtel Agree to Use an AI Platform to Focus on Customers

Xtelify, which is part of Bharti Airtel (Airtel) and includes all of Airtel’s digital tools and abilities, has launched a new AI-based software platform. This platform is meant to help telecom companies around the world deal with complex issues, focus on what customers need, improve their experiences, reduce customer loss, and increase the average money each customer spends (ARPU).

‎This solution covers all parts of the telecom business. ‎It includes a data engine that helps create AI insights and intelligence at a large scale, a workforce platform that helps teams manage tasks efficiently in real time, and an experience platform that manages every part of the customer’s journey within a telecom company.

‎Xtelify has started a long-term partnership with Airtel Africa that involves millions of dollars. ‎As part of this, Xtelify will provide its software platforms, including Data Engine, Work, and IQ. Using Xtelify Data Engine and Xtelify Work.

‎Xtelify IQ will facilitate secure, real-time, omnichannel customer engagement, thereby improving both service quality and customer experience.
