The Super Falcons’ skipper showcased exceptional leadership and skill throughout the competition, earning “Woman of the Match” honors in three of Nigeria’s six fixtures.
Her pivotal contributions were instrumental in guiding the team to the final, where they emerged victorious over hosts Morocco with a thrilling 3-2 scoreline.

Also in the competition, Morocco’s Ghizlane Chebbak claimed the Golden Boot, leading all scorers with five goals.
Despite her early strike in the final, the Atlas Lionesses were ultimately unable to prevent Nigeria from securing the coveted trophy on home soil.
