NOA Urges Nigerians to Observe National Mourning for Late President Buhari

The National Orientation Agency, NOA, has called on all public institutions in Nigeria to follow President Bola Tinubu’s directive to fly the national flag at half-mast for seven days to honor the late former President Muhammadu Buhari.

According to a statement from NOA, led by Director General Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu, the former president left a lasting impact on Nigeria’s politics and values.

NOA will be watching to make sure all public institutions follow this order. The agency is also asking private organizations and individuals to join in this national mourning as a way to remember the former president’s contributions.
