Osimhen at Delicate Crossroads, Must Find His Way to EPL – Oliseh Warns

Amid reported interest from Galatasaray and a possible agreement with the Turkish giants, former Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh has advised Nigerian international Victor Osimhen to reconsider his next move.

The Port City News reported that Osimhen is poised to rejoin Galatasaray, where he spent last season on loan from Serie A side Napoli.

The Turkish club is reportedly offering the former Lille striker a deal worth €50 million, with an additional €5 million in performance-based add-ons.

However, reacting to the near-finalised deal, Oliseh urged the 26-year-old to pursue a move to the English Premier League instead.

The 50-year-old warned that Osimhen could end up with deep regrets if he fails to secure a transfer to a top EPL side such as Manchester United or Arsenal.

“Victor Osihmen is at a very delicate crossroads. He needs to find his way to the Premier League in a hurry, or he risks so much regret! Man. United and Arsenal need this player if only”, he wrote on his X page on Wednesday.

Fabrizio Romano, in a statement on Wednesday, revealed that Victor Osimhen has rejected a pay cut to join Manchester United.

According to Romano, the striker is not interested in a move to Old Trafford and instead prefers a transfer to Galatasaray.
