It was all joy today in the camp of those faithful to the suspended Governor of Rivers State as he was spotted in the church today, at the headquarters of Salvation Ministries at Portharcourt GRA.
Recall that after the state of emergency and suspension of the Rivers State Governor Siminalaye Fubara, no one could account for his whereabouts and that of his family, except for a press release which was alleged to have come from the governor nothing else was heard.

Yesterday, some Rivers Elders led by Sir Rufus Ada George and Sara-Igbe held a press conference speaking about the concern of Rivers people and notably the disappearance of the governor, seeking that he come on TV to prove that he is alive, that they were concerned and feared for his safety as the FCT minister could go any length, so it was all joy as the governor was seen with his security at Salvation Ministries looking cool, calm and collected as though nothing had happened recently. This is his first public appearance since the state of emergency. Looks like the governor heard the cry of the people.

The governor, before the whole crisis, took a turn where the president stepped in had a niche for organizing Thanksgiving and appearing in churches unannounced whenever the State reached a milestone, so we wait to see if anything developed that caused the governor to make an appearance in the church today.
