Falcon’s 15,000MT LPG Storage Facility Achieves Safe 1M Man-Hours

Falcon Corporation Limited, a leading indigenous gas value chain company, has reached a significant milestone, completing one million man-hours without a lost time injury (LTI) on its ongoing 15,000MT LPG storage facility project in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

In a statement, Managing Director and Founder Prof. Joe Ezigbo emphasized that this achievement underscores Falcon’s adherence to best practices and safety protocols across its operations.

“This milestone reflects our team’s dedication to creating a safe work environment and our continuous pursuit of operational excellence,” Ezigbo stated. “Falcon’s ‘target zero’—no harm to people, equipment, or the environment—is the key driver of this success. Working one million man-hours without LTI aligns with Falcon’s strategic objective to deliver superior solutions through operational excellence, people, and partnerships.”

Ezigbo reiterated that safety remains a core aspect of Falcon’s corporate culture, crediting the milestone to the effectiveness of the company’s safety protocols and training programs.

He further stressed Falcon’s unwavering commitment to maintaining stringent safety standards, ensuring that every stakeholder involved in the project returns home safely. The company continuously works to minimize operational risks and prioritizes the health and safety of employees, contractors, and the environment.

According to Ezigbo, Falcon adheres to both national and global safety standards while leveraging innovative strategies to enhance workplace safety.
