The Rivers State Police Command has arrested five suspected members of a “One Chance” syndicate operating in Port Harcourt, recovering their operational vehicle.

According to a statement by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Grace Iringe-Koko, the suspects were apprehended on January 28, 2025, at about 9:00 AM by the Surveillance Patrol Team attached to the Hyper City Unit.

Ifeanyi Ugo (male), 45 years, Paulina Ibe (female), 45 years, Nneka Precious Sunday (female), 30 years, Christopher Ibe (male), 31 years, Oyinyechi Ibe (female), 48 years.
