Peak Breakfast Café Energizes Port Harcourt and Owerri with Nutrition and Culinary Thrills

FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria PLC, makers of Peak Milk, continues to revolutionize breakfast experiences across Nigeria through its innovative Peak Breakfast Café tour. Recently, the campaign made vibrant stops at Rotobi Market in Owerri (November 22–23) and Mile 1 Market in Port Harcourt (November 27–28), offering not just meals but memorable experiences rooted in nutrition, education, and community spirit.

The Peak Breakfast Café transformed these bustling markets into dynamic culinary hubs, serving complimentary Peak Protein breakfasts while hosting live cooking demonstrations. An exciting highlight was the introduction of the brand’s innovative Protein Checker Tool, designed to help Nigerians better understand and meet their nutritional needs.

Explaining the inspiration behind the initiative, Peter James, Junior Brand Manager for Peak Milk, remarked:
“At FrieslandCampina WAMCO, we are committed to nourishing Nigerians through accessible and high-quality products. The Peak Breakfast Café bridges the gap between nutrition and affordability, ensuring everyone has access to a healthy start to their day.”

Similarly, Senior Brand Manager Moninuola Kassim emphasized the community impact of the activations, stating:
“These events exemplify our mission to positively influence lives. By reaching Nigerians in their local markets, we’re not only delivering nutrition but also fostering education and creating memorable experiences that underscore the importance of breakfast.”

Beyond the nutritious meals and educational tools, the events injected excitement with lively cooking competitions. Participants showcased their culinary talents, competing for prizes and celebrating the joy of a well-prepared, nutritious breakfast.

Encouraged by the success in Owerri and Port Harcourt, FrieslandCampina WAMCO plans to extend the campaign to Northern Nigeria. Upcoming stops include Masaka Market in Mararaba (December 2–3), Terminus Market in Jos (December 6–7), Monday Market in Maiduguri (December 10–11), and Singer Market in Kano (December 14–16).

As FrieslandCampina WAMCO’s flagship brand, Peak Milk continues to set the standard for nourishing Nigerians while creating engaging experiences that make breakfast moments truly special. The Peak Breakfast Café is more than a meal—it’s a movement towards better health and stronger communities.
