As May 27 marks Children’s Day, President Bola Tinubu honoured Nigerian children as future bearers of the nation.
In seeing that Nigerian children are the leaders of tomorrow, the Special Adviser to the President of Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale via his social media handle today, reiterated the Tinubu administration’s focus on building a strong foundation for them.
Furthermore, Mr. Tinubu congratulates Nigerian parents, guardians, and families across the nation as they celebrate their children.

He underscored the significance of family and called for the reinforcement of a family unit, which will develop everyone as they journey through the various stages of life.
President Tinubu described family as “the reflection of each family unit as a collective, urging the preservation of those principles that make us a wholesome, nurturing, and thriving nation.”
In his speech, he also mentioned the government’s commitment and their recent developments in improving the educational system.
He also hailed and recognised the effort of the National Commission for Almajiri and Out-of-School Children Education, and he pledges that his administration “will continue to expand access to qualitative education for all Nigerians.”
Meanwhile, he reaffirmed his commitment to safeguarding and securing a conducive environment for learning as he raised the standard of education for children.
