A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has nullified the state House of Assembly and National Assembly Primaries of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State.
Justice Stephen Daylop-Pam ruling on a suit brought by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, said the primaries violated the guidelines set by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC and the Electoral Act, 2022.
