The Rivers State Commissioner of Police Friday Eboka has decorated the newly promoted Police officers in Rivers State.
The promoters officers are Usman Ocheneka Yakubu, Zakari Shuaibu, Amanyi Christopher from the ranks of Chief Superintended of Police to Assistant Commissioners of Police while four others were promoted to the ranks of Chief Superintended of Police.
CP Friday Eboka while decorating the newly promoted officers at the Police Officers mess on behalf of the Inspection General of Police, BABA ALKALI AHMED, called on the officers to justify their elevations by re-dedicating themselves to greater service.
According to CP Friday Eboka, ”it is gladdening and of great joy to see those who you work with get elevated in their chosen carriers” he said.
The Commissioner thanked the Inspector General of Police and the police service commission for finding the officers worthy of the elevation.
The occasion was well attended by spouses and relatives of the newly promoted officers and other senior officers of the state police command.
