Wike announces location for 10th flyover

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has announced plans by his administration to build a 10th flyover in Obio-Akpor.

In a speech on Sunday, the governor said that the 10th flyover will be located at the Rumuokwurisi Tank junction.
