Wike’s aide dumps PDP, joins APC

A former aide to the Rivers State governor, John Bazia has defected to the All Progressives Congress from the Peoples Democratic Party.

Bazia who represented Tai Constituency in the Rivers State House of Assembly from 1999 to 2007 was also the Commissioner Of Special Duties during the first tenure of governor Nyesom Wike.

He joins other top shots of the PDP who have recently dumped the party for the APC.

House of rep members, Ephraim Nwuzi and Chisom Dike also recently dumped the PDP for the APC.

Bazia was received by the leader of APC in Tai LGA, Dr Batam Ndegwe on Thursday.
