The Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) National Campaign Council for Edo State Governorship Election, Alhaji Abdullahi Umar Gabduje said the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) accepted governor Godwin Obaseki because it is only interested in Edo State treasury.
He said while addressing Journalists soon after the campaign council was inaugurated at the APC National Secretariat, Abuja, on Monday that the party was not bothered about the governor Nyesom Wike-led Peoples Democratic Party National Campaign Council because the APC has a candidate who has all it takes to win the governorship election.
He promised that come September 19, “Governor Obaseki will be humiliated and Governor Wike isolated”.
