Nigeria’s covid-19 infections leap past 8k as Rivers records 5 new cases

Nigeria’s covid-19 infections have reached 8068 as the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control, NCDC announced 229 new cases on Monday.

Rivers recorded 5 new cases bringing the total infections in the state to 121.
