A Rivers State high court has granted an injunction sought by a faction of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Rivers State led by a former member of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon Igochukwu Aguma, stopping the proposed congresses of the party.
Recall that the high court had on Thursday struck out another suit by Ibrahim Umar and twenty-two others barring the party from conducting Congresses.
The injunction granted by Justice Kingsley Chuku barred the party from conducting any activity until the determination of the suit.
