Video: Police arrest suspected serial killer in Port Harcourt

Police in Rivers State say they have arrested a notorious serial killer, Gracious David West.

The 26-year-old alleged killer who hails from Buguma in Asari-Toru local government area of Rivers State was arrested in Bori, Khana Local Government Area.

The suspect who confessed to being a member of the Degbam cult group was arrested along East-West Road enroute to Uyo from Port Harcourt.
