President Muhammadu Buhari has announced the appointment of Mrs Folasade Yemi-Esan as the acting head of service of the federation following the disengagement of Mrs Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita.
The federal government made the announcement Wednesday on its Twitter handle @ngrpresident.
Mrs Yemi-Esan, until her appointment was the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum Resources.
Oyo-Ita has also been directed to proceed on an indefinite leave so as to allow the conclusion of the investigation being carried out by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
