Presidents Obasanjo and Jonathan both have a PHD, while General Buhari has a PICS-HD – Reno Omokri

An aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, on Friday chided president Mohammadu Buhari over his low academic qualifications.

Omokri in a post on his Facebook account, said that Nigerian leaders are very educated.

According to him: Presidents Obasanjo and Jonathan both have a PHD, while General Buhari has a PICS-HD!
