Breaking: APC petitions EFCC, wants Rivers REC, Obo Effanga investigated.

The Rivers State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has reportedly written a petition against the Rivers State Resident Electoral Commissioner, Obo Effanga, to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

The petition comes days after the gubernatorial and state house of assembly elections in the state were suspended due to violence.
