Soldiers forced me to declare false results – Oyigbo collation officer

Dr Good-Hope Igwe, INEC Collation Officer for Oyigbo LGA, in Rivers State has said that he declared the gubernatorial results of the local government area which favoured the African Action Congress, AAC under gunpoint.
