The appeal court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State has struck out the appeal by Senator Magnus Abe seeking to be declared together with 42 others that emerged through the direct primaries as the authentic candidates of the All Progressives Congress.
In a judgement delivered by one out of the three judges, the court held that the appeal has become an academic exercise because the Supreme Court has settled every issue relating to Rivers APC’s case.
