FEDERAL COMMISSIONER VISITS IMMIGRATION BOSS IN PORT HARCOURT

On the mission of building synergy with agencies of Federal government for the efficient delivery of governance to the citizenry, the Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission, Marshall Israel, with his team of Staff paid a visit to the Comptroller of Immigration in his office in Port Harcourt on Tuesday.

The Commissioner who introduced his team narrated some of the achievements so far in his short stay in office and the need for partnership and information dissemination within Agencies of Federal Government in Rivers State.

In His admiration of the efficacy and Potency of the Commissioner, the Comptroller of Immigration in Rivers State, Isa Uba Panshekara stated,
“You are far younger than the Commission, yet you possess such a vigour and brilliant mind”

Furthermore, he said synergy is very important as it would give every head of Federal Government Agency the opportunity to know themselves and cultivate ideas that would expedite service delivery to the public.

He noted that recruitment and development of Personnel is a continuous process in the Nigeria Immigration Service and would also like to partner with PCC in areas of enlightenment and awareness as it pertains to the Public.

He said there’re instances were experts and Companies would flout MOU’s with their hosts and the need for alternative dispute resolution through the intervention of PCC as to avert situations that may trickle down economic activities in the State.

Lastly, he congratulated the energetic commissioner and affirmed that he’s in-toto with the partnership, and branded his quest as the best of its kind.
