Vandals who went to a girls’ secondary school in Ogu Town, in Ogu/Bolo local government area of Rivers State to steal, ran out of luck as they were caught and beaten by residents of the area who paraded them before handling them over to the police.

Theportcitynews.com gathered that the vandals who were from the northern region of Nigeria, came into the community to pick scraps with their trucks.

However, they used the opportunity to vandalize the school’s properties.

The vandals ran out of luck, after a vigilant Youth, Mr Sunny Richard, caught them destroying the school’s properties, and further reported the incident to community security who promptly responded and apprehended the thieves.

They were afterwards, handed over to the Ogu police command.
