Mercy Aigbe Confirms Priscilla Ojo’s Engagement to Tanzanian Singer Juma Jux

Renowned Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe, has confirmed the engagement of Priscilla, the daughter of her friend and colleague Iyabo Ojo, to popular Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.

The exciting news has caused a buzz among fans and social media followers, flooding congratulatory messages and further fueling rumors of an impending wedding.

Priscilla, who is the daughter of Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo, hinted the news on social media, where she and Juma Jux were dressed in stunning Nigerian traditional attire.

The video, which appeared to be a pre-wedding shoot, was captioned with the Yoruba phrase “Ololufemi,” translating to “my beloved.” Shortly after, Juma Jux reposted the video on his Instagram account, further confirming their relationship.

The romantic display immediately sparked rumors of a wedding, with many fans speculating about when the big day might take place.

In response to the buzz, Mercy Aigbe, who is close to both Iyabo Ojo and her daughter, confirmed the engagement in an Instagram post. In the post, she shared her excitement and showered the couple with words of blessings, while congratulating her friend Iyabo, mother of the bride-to-be, on the great achievement.

Reposting Priscilla’s video, Aigbe wrote: “Yeah! My Baby is taken. Congratulations my love @its.priscy, our in-law @juma_jux, we welcome you with open arms and love. We no dey joke with our daughter oh, but we trust you. May you both continue to flourish in unlimited peace, joy, laughter, and blessings. @iyaboojofespris congratulations Ore, you have done well, and I am proud of you.”

Iyabo Ojo, responding to Aigbe’s heartfelt post, referred to her in Yoruba as the “friend of the bride,” acknowledging her friend’s joy and support.
