Ex Wife of Nollywood Actor Blossom Chukwujekwu Denies Lesbian and Bisexual Rumors

Maureen Ezissi, the former wife of Nollywood actor Blossom Chukwujekwu, has come forward to dismiss rumors suggesting she is lesbian or bisexual.

The speculation began last month after she posted a video on social media showing herself kissing another woman at a club, sparking discussions and assumptions across various platforms.

In response to the swirling rumors, which included claims from a popular blogger, Ezissi addressed her followers on Instagram, firmly stating, “I’m not lesbian, and not even bisexual.” She emphasized her commitment to clearing her name, challenging anyone with tangible evidence to come forward, stating that no such evidence exists.

The 37-year-old entrepreneur went on to confront additional rumors about her personal health, particularly allegations involving sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and claims of anal sex. She labeled these accusations as “baseless,” clarifying that her sexual orientation is exclusively toward men and describing the bisexuality rumors as nothing more than “a Nollywood story.”

Ezissi further expressed her frustration, noting the absurdity of some of the claims circulating online. “Now it is being a lesbian that two women fight for my matter and the men around me are cover-up and I’m a renowned plate licker and I have a video of me stack naked in bed with a woman which was used to blackmail me? I would like to see that video,” she remarked, adding that anyone with such a video should feel free to post it online.

She continued by addressing the STD allegations, highlighting the illogical nature of such claims by asking, “Last I checked, didn’t you have to actually have sex with someone to have a ‘Sexually’ transmitted disease?” Ezissi reaffirmed her stance, saying, “I’m not lesbian, I’m not even Bisexual and I have no issues with people who are.”

Maureen Ezissi and Blossom Chukwujekwu were married in 2015, but their union ended after four years. Since their separation, Ezissi has occasionally found herself the subject of public scrutiny, with the recent accusations adding to the ongoing interest in her personal life.
