Today, the global technology company Zoho announced the launch of new agentic AI features in three main product categories: human resources, customer experience, and collaboration. These cutting-edge features are designed to help companies increase productivity, automate repetitive operations, and focus on higher-value work. All of Zoho’s commercial applications now include these capabilities at no additional cost.
This announcement is a continuation of Zoho’s extensive AI strategy, which encompasses Zia Hubs, a system that facilitates AI access to unstructured company data, and Zia LLM, Zoho’s proprietary large language model specifically designed for business applications.
Together with Zia, Zoho’s established AI assistant, these advancements constitute the core of the company’s agentic AI strategy—enabling businesses to derive deeper insights and enhance efficiency from their data across Zoho’s platform of over 55 integrated applications.
“Businesses are increasingly keen to utilize AI but frequently encounter challenges such as high implementation costs, data readiness issues, and fragmented systems,” stated Kehinde Ogundare, Country Head, Zoho Nigeria. “Zoho’s cohesive, homegrown technology stack removes these obstacles by facilitating the automatic deployment of advanced AI features at no additional cost.
Our clients do not need to invest in third-party integrations or supplementary tools—the technology is simply provided and functions seamlessly. This methodology renders AI adoption practical, cost-effective, and impactful for businesses throughout the continent.

The new agentic features enhance Zoho’s existing AI ecosystem, which already comprises Zia Agents, Zia Agent Studio, and Agent Marketplace. These intelligent tools empower users to execute complex, cross-functional tasks such as generating contracts from multiple documents, verifying team availability before scheduling meetings, or automatically transforming sales inquiries from Zoho Mail into CRM leads without manual intervention.
Within Zoho Workplace, the company’s suite for collaboration, AI enhancements have been implemented across Mail, Cliq, Sheet, and Tables.
The upgraded Ask Zia assistant is now capable of handling multi-step commands that span various applications, while Zoho Tables has introduced AI Base Creation, which assists users in generating comprehensive data structures from a brief prompt.
Additional AI-driven functionalities, such as Keyword Extraction, Sentiment Analysis, and Language Detection, facilitate data management and analysis.
In the realm of customer experience, Zoho Desk, utilized by more than 100,000 businesses worldwide, now features pre-built Zia Agents like the Resolution Expert, which records and learns from the resolutions of support tickets to enhance future service.
Concurrently, Zoho Sign, a secure platform for digital signatures, has introduced Agreement Intelligence, allowing users to draft and query contracts using Ask Zia without the need for third-party tools.
In the field of human resources, Zoho Recruit has launched new agentic AI capabilities that enhance candidate matching and the creation of assessments. Zia’s Candidate and Job Match features evaluate CVs and job descriptions to ensure improved hiring results, while AI-Assisted Assessment Generation automatically produces complete tests tailored to each position—saving time and guaranteeing fair, efficient evaluations.
