‎Arsenal, Real Madrid preparing a record breaking fee for Osimhen‎

‎As the 2025/26 football season get to its crescendo, clubs are also eye players with sensational form.

The English Premier League outlet— Arsenal are reportedly preparing a €130 million bid to sign Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen from Galatasaray ahead of the summer transfer window.

‎The recent reports from a Turkish outlet claimed that the Gunners have identified the Galatasaray star as the “missing piece” in Mikel Arteta’s pursuit of Premier League and European titles.

‎The Nigerian international sensational has attracted renewed attention across Europe following his outstanding performances since completing a €75 million permanent move to Galatasaray last summer.

‎The 27-year old Turkish based striker has established himself as one of the game’s most prolific strikers and is now among the most sought-after attackers ahead of the next transfer window.

‎The former Napoli striker has enjoyed a prolific campaign in Turkey, scoring a total of 18 goals and providing six assists in 27 appearances across all competitions, including the UEFA Champions League.

‎Despite the fact that the North London giant had strengthened their attack last summer by signing Viktor Gyökeres from Sporting CP for €66 million, the Swedish striker has fallen short of expectations.

‎Report claimed that Mikel Arteta is reportedly keen to add a proven centre-forward capable of leading the line as Arsenal continue their push for major domestic and European honours.

‎Notwithstanding, Real Madrid is also one of Osimhen’s suitors, looking to make a significant upgrade to their attacking line and is considering the signing of Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen. According to report, the club has already prepared an offer in the range of €80 to €110 million for the Nigerian forward.

R‎eports indicate that Osimhen is among the top priorities on Real’s transfer shortlist. Club president Florentino Pérez, according to sources, views the potential deal favorably and considers the striker a key target for next season.
