‎The Engineering of Trust, a framework launched to provides a governance structure to ensure AI systems used in communications are measurable, transparent and reliable.

‎He says that while AI use has grown fast in institutions, the rules to govern AI in communications have not kept up, this creates risks for organizations including damage to their reputation and problems with regulators.

‎Also the strategist states that many institutions uses AI for messaging, talking to stakeholders and managing their reputation without checks and balances in place, he believes that without oversight the risk of spreading false information breaking rules and losing public trust increases.
