Engr Yamaabana Calls on President Tinubu to Again Wade into Rivers state Crisis

President-General of Ogoni Youth Federation and Spokesman, Niger Delta Ethnic Nationalities Youth Leaders Forum, Engr. Legborsi Yamaabana has appealed to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to once again wade into the crisis rocking Rivers state as the Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Engr. Yamaabana who made the call while appearing on featuring on television political program also urged the National leadership of the Party to protect Gov. Fubara and the Rivers APC to avoid a repetition of what is happening currently in the People’s Democratic Party caused by the same characters.

He described the impeachment proceedings against Gov. Siminalayi Fubara by the Rivers State House of Assembly as a fruitless voyage and the allegations of gross misconduct against the Governor and his Deputy as unfounded.

The former House of Reps member further accused the Rivers State House of Assembly of plotting to capture the state through the back door and foist Rt. Hon. Martins Amaewhule as Acting Governor to give easy access to the merciless devouring of the state’s commonwealth.

He promised to mobilise youths of the region to becon on Gov. Fubara to seek reelection if he decides otherwise and to raise a crowd funding platform for the purchase of the expression of interest form for him on the platform of the All Progressives Congress.
