Sabinus Sympathizes With Peller, Reveals Past Heartbreak

In a candid revelation, popular Nigerian comedian Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, widely recognized as Sabinus, has shared details of a past romantic relationship that left him deeply hurt. The entertainer recounted an instance where profound generosity in a relationship was met with eventual abandonment.

During a recent live interactive session with TikTok personality Sandra Benede, Sabinus characterized romantic love as “cruel.” He expressed a strong sense of empathy for the current plight of fellow TikTok star Peller, who has been publicly distraught after a split from his girlfriend, Jarvis.

Sabinus drew a parallel between Peller’s visible anguish—which has included public outbursts and a serious car accident—and his own past heartbreak.

He narrated a personal experience where he presented a Range Rover to a woman as a token of his affection, only to have her depart from the relationship later, a decision he now views with remorse.

He appealed to the public to show understanding toward Peller’s conduct, emphasizing the intensely painful nature of emotional setbacks. “Jarvis has finished Peller. I have been in Peller’s situation before. Love is cruel. I once gifted a girl Range Rover because of love. She later left me. I regretted it. So nobody should blame Peller,” Sabinus said.

This reflection comes in the wake of Sabinus’s own confirmation, during a TikTok livestream in December 2025, that his marriage to Ciana Chapman, the mother of his child, has been dissolved.
