AI Forum Nigeria 2025 To Spotlight AI-First Business Shift

The 2025 edition of AI Forum Nigeria will bring together leading voices in technology, business, and government to examine how organisations are moving beyond traditional digital transformation toward fully AI-driven operations.

Scheduled for December 2, 2025, at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, the forum organised by OLAK Events Management is themed “Goodbye Digital Transformation, Hello AI-First Business.”

Organisers say this year’s discussions will explore how sectors such as telecommunications, banking, energy, infrastructure, and consumer services are adopting AI as the core of enterprise strategy, competitiveness and innovation.

The keynote address will be delivered by Alaa Dalghan, CEO of Cognit DX, who will speak on global AI trends and enterprise readiness.

Other confirmed speakers include: Abideen Yusuf, CEO, Rack Centre, Andie Oluwafemi Moyan, GM, Microsoft Nigeria & Ghana, Obafemi Banigbe, CEO, t2mobile, Lars Christer Johannisson, CEO, CitiData Centre, Favour Femi-Oyewole, Group CISO, Access Bank, Kehinde Ogundare, Country Manager, Zoho Nigeria, Rachel Adeshina, CIO, First Bank of Nigeria

According to the organisers, panel sessions will focus on practical AI use cases, governance frameworks, data capabilities, talent development, and the organisational culture required for an AI-first era.

The event is supported by major partners including Microsoft, Zoho Corporation, Manage Engine, Rack Centre, and Open Access Data Centres Lagos.

Analysts project that AI could contribute significant economic value to Africa by 2030, and the forum aims to serve as a strategic platform for policymakers, innovators, investors, and corporate leaders to shape Nigeria’s enterprise transformation agenda.
