One Million Man Worship Set To Shake Port Harcourt

Port Harcourt is preparing once again for one of its most spiritually charged gatherings as One Million Man Worship (1MMW) sets its sights on the 2025 edition. Scheduled to hold from December 19th to 21st, 2025, at the iconic Yakubu Gowon Stadium, Elekahia, the event promises three evenings of intense worship, revival, and unity, with the organisers describing it as “the sound of one million voices rising together.”

Backed by a fast-growing community and an increasingly visible organising structure, One Million Man Worship has quickly evolved into one of Rivers State’s most talked-about annual worship gatherings.

This year’s gathering is already gaining momentum online as the event’s pages have begun unveiling worship ministers expected to lead the crowd in deep worship. Among the confirmed names are notable voices such as Minister GUC, Godswill Oyor, and Kaestrings, with Wisdom K also ministering. Travis Greene and celebrated Nigerian minister Steve Crown, have stirred excitement among gospel music lovers, as each carries a strong personal worship brand and a history of drawing massive audiences.

In addition to the confirmed ministers, the organisers have kept the door open for more announcements, hinting that several other worship leaders will be revealed soon. While those names have not been officially confirmed by the organisers, the anticipation reflects how rapidly One Million Man Worship has grown in influence

The theme for 2025 echoes the movement’s core message—revival, unity, and a pure, Jesus-focused atmosphere. The organisers have continued to emphasise worship over performance, describing the gathering as an “outpouring” rather than a concert. Admission remains completely free, aligning with the event’s mission of being accessible to all.

One Million Man Worship didn’t become a sensation overnight. The 2024 edition, held from December 20th to 22nd at the same Yakubu Gowon Stadium, marked a major leap in visibility. Footage and live streams from the event showed thousands in attendance, worship moments that captured national attention, and a strong volunteer network that helped establish its reputation as a movement rather than a one-day program.

Even earlier rallies, volunteer drives, and worship gatherings under the 1MMW brand laid the foundation for what has now become a massive worship force in Port Harcourt. The growth has been steady—with each edition surpassing the last—and the organisers have consistently referred to the 2025 gathering as the next great step in the movement’s evolution.

With excitement mounting and more ministers expected to be announced in the coming weeks, One Million Man Worship 2025 is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated faith gatherings in Nigeria this year. Port Harcourt once again prepares to open its gates, its hearts, and its stadium to a sea of worshippers ready to lift one sound: one voice, one worship, one God.
