Fubara Spearheads Revival of Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Vision at APC Youth Commissioners Forum

In a thought-provoking keynote address that set a new standard for youth policy direction, Ambassador Blessing Fubara Snr, renowned strategy leader and Chief Solutionist of D’Consiglories LLC, delivered a resounding call for a paradigm shift in Nigeria’s youth development framework during the All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth Commissioners Forum held in Abuja.

Speaking before Commissioners of Youth Development from across the federation, Ambassador Fubara commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration for its Renewed Hope Agenda, describing it as “a bold national call to action for translating policy vision into measurable, people-centered outcomes.”

He emphasized that while Nigeria has made notable progress in youth engagement, the time has come to move beyond ceremonial programmes and token interventions toward a new governance model anchored on data, needs assessment, passion mapping, and opportunity assignment metrics.

“We cannot continue to count participants and celebrate programme launches while overlooking the real success stories that shape sustainable futures,” Fubara stated. “The future of youth development lies in building a science-backed, data-driven system that captures needs, maps passion, assigns opportunity, and sustains progress through measurable outcomes. That is how we can truly deliver on the Renewed Hope promise.”

Highlighting the need for structure, Fubara urged that clear parameters must be established before any youth intervention programme is launched. According to him, these parameters serve as “the backbone of sustainability” — ensuring that government investments translate into genuine empowerment, job creation, and innovation.

“President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Vision provides the ideal framework for such a transformation,” he said. “But to bring it to life, we must rebuild the architecture of how youth interventions are conceived, implemented, and evaluated — not just for visibility, but for verifiable impact.”

Fubara went on to commend the host governor, His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodinma, for his exemplary leadership and commitment to youth empowerment, describing him as “a true champion of the Renewed Hope spirit in governance.” He also extended warm appreciation to the host Commissioner for Youth Development and Talent Hunt, Dr. Nelson Mandela, for his outstanding coordination and dedication to youth transformation.

Additionally, Ambassador Fubara lauded the Director General of the APC Governors’ Forum, the Chairman of the Progressive Commissioners Forum, and all attending APC State Commissioners for their unity of purpose and steadfastness in advancing the collective vision for youth renewal across the nation.

“This forum reflects the progressive heartbeat of Nigeria’s future — a coalition of leaders determined to translate hope into measurable opportunity,” Fubara remarked.

The keynote drew widespread commendation from attending Commissioners and policy stakeholders, who described Fubara’s presentation as a refreshing policy compass for Nigeria’s evolving youth development landscape.

As the session concluded, Ambassador Fubara reaffirmed his commitment to collaborating with both federal and state governments to develop a national youth implementation framework — one that bridges policy with performance and converts the Renewed Hope vision into real results for millions of young Nigerians.
