PinkNaija Walk Set to Raise Breast Cancer Awareness in PH

PinkNaija Walk

Preparations are underway for the highly anticipated PinkNaija Walk 2025, an annual event dedicated to breast cancer awareness, hope, and early detection. The walk is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, beginning at 6:30 AM at Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic (SBS), Rumuola, Port Harcourt.

Organised by Engraced Life Foundation, this year’s walk invites participants from all walks of life, survivors, advocates, community leaders, and supporters, to unite in a powerful show of solidarity. The dress code is shades of pink, symbolising compassion, strength, and the ongoing fight against breast cancer.

“We walk for those fighting, those surviving, and those we’ve lost,” organisers shared. “It’s about raising awareness and encouraging early detection, which saves lives.”

PinkNaija Walk has grown into a vibrant movement that not only honours those affected by breast cancer but also educates the public and promotes access to screening and support services. Attendees can purchase official PinkNaija T-shirts, and those interested in joining are encouraged to RSVP by contacting Kwin at +2348164821112.

As October marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month, this event serves as a timely reminder of the importance of community-driven advocacy and the power of collective action. Whether walking in memory of a loved one or standing in solidarity, every step taken at PinkNaija Walk 2025 carries a message of hope.
