Xiaomi has expanded its smart home lineup with the launch of the Outdoor Camera CW100 Dual, a next-generation AIoT security device introduced on September 18, 2025. The camera aims to deliver advanced outdoor surveillance with its innovative dual-lens system, offering homeowners both broader coverage and smarter protection.
The CW100 Dual’s standout feature is its ability to capture a panoramic 180-degree field of view, eliminating blind spots. Each lens is equipped with a 3MP sensor, f/1.6 aperture, and Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology, ensuring crisp, detailed footage in both bright and low-light environments. This combination provides clarity for day-to-day monitoring as well as challenging lighting scenarios.
More than just wide coverage, the device integrates AI detection for people and vehicles. Users receive instant alerts on their smartphones for suspicious movements, including intrusions into a set “virtual fence” zone or activity near parked cars. For nighttime monitoring, the CW100 Dual uses both infrared and white LEDs to deliver full-color night vision up to 10 meters, enhancing protection around the clock.
