Nollywood veteran, activist, and politician, Hilda Dokubo, took to her page recently to share a motivational message about the power of doing the “impossible.”
Reflecting on a performance by Jcrew Entertainment Group in Port Harcourt, Dokubo encouraged her fans to embrace uniqueness and push beyond limits.
In her words, she wrote,
“The Jcrew Entertainment Group in Port Harcourt reminded me of the saying that if you are able to do things others think is impossible, then you are extra. Keep doing what you are doing; soon the world will acknowledge you are special, and that the ‘extra’ means you are extraordinary.”

Hilda Dokubo is one of Nollywood’s most respected figures, with a career spanning over three decades. Born in Rivers State, she rose to fame in the 1990s, starring in classics like End of the Wicked and Black Maria. Beyond the screen, she is a passionate activist for women’s rights, youth empowerment, and good governance. She has also dabbled in politics, serving as a special adviser in Rivers State at one time.
