Police Declares 17-Year Old Girl Missing In Rivers

Police

17-year-old Miss Joy Woke Wiro has been declared missing by the Rivers State Police command. Wiro was declared missing on Tuesday, September 9, in a statement made available to newsmen by the Police Public Relations Officer, Grace Irinke-Koko.

This was following a formal report by her father, Mr Prince Wiro, who also revealed that the 17 year Old teenage girl is his first daughter.

The statement by the Police Spokesperson read, “The Rivers State Police Command has declared Miss Joy Woke Wiro missing.

“She is 17 years old, a native of Ibaa in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State, fair in complexion and about 5ft tall, speaks English and Ikwerre languages.”

Irinke-Koko disclosed that, “the missing girl left home on Monday, September 8. All efforts made to trace her whereabouts proved abortive.”

The Police further urged anybody with useful information as to her whereabouts to contact Mr Prince Wiro(Father) on 08065227445, 08167338058 or the Police control number on 08032003514 or report to the nearest Police station.
