Temi Otedola Becomes Temiloluwa Ajibade

Actress and fashion entrepreneur Temi Otedola, daughter of billionaire mogul Femi Otedola, has formally adopted her husband’s surname, now going by Temiloluwa Ajibade, following her marriage to Afrobeats singer Oluwatosin Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi.

The couple, who got engaged in April 2022, opted for a series of intimate wedding ceremonies held across Monaco, Dubai, and Iceland, each reflecting a blend of personal significance and cultural heritage.

Their first celebration took place on May 9 in Monaco, a date chosen to honour the late birthday of Mr Eazi’s mother. This was followed by a traditional Yoruba wedding hosted at the Otedola family residence in Dubai, where close family and friends gathered for a rich display of Nigerian culture.

The final leg of their nuptials was a white wedding in Iceland in August, offering a serene and picturesque close to their global love story.

A recent update to Temi’s Instagram profile now reflects her new identity as Temiloluwa Ajibade, signaling a personal and public shift that has drawn admiration across social media.

Her decision to drop the Otedola surname, long associated with wealth and influence, has sparked conversation online, with many commending her for embracing her new chapter with grace and independence.

Temi and Mr Eazi’s relationship has been widely celebrated for its authenticity and low-key elegance, and their wedding journey only reinforces their commitment to doing things on their own terms.
